OnPath Rates and Insurance
Private Cash Pay
OnPath Counseling is accepting private-pay clients who desire to pay for therapy without insurance and meet through virtual teletherapy. OnPath does not presently offer in-person services. One therapy hour consists of 45-50 minutes. Clients must leave a credit card on file, which is charged at the end of each day services are provided.
Private Pay/Cash Pay rate for one hour (45-50 Min) is $90/hr.
Report Writing: $170.00/hour
Forensic/Legal Work: $350/hour
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: $90.00
Clinical Testing:
Millon Multiaxial: $75
MMPI: $75
Non-Clinical Assessment:
Meyers Briggs: $60
Blocks of Therapy Time – Paid in Advance – No Refunds – Non-Transferrable – Must be used within 12 months of purchase date:
10 Hours: $855 (5% savings - $85.50/hr)
15 Hours: $1215 (10% savings - $81/hr)
20 Hours: $11530 (15% savings - $76.50/hr)
Payment Options:
Payments are due at the end of each session. If you have a card on file with us, it will be billed automatically. We also accept the following forms of payment:

Flexible spending account
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
All clients are expected to attend their sessions on time. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or canceling an appointment, not including weekends. So, if you wish to cancel a Monday therapy session, you must do so by the appointment time on the prior Friday. You may cancel any appointment by emailing Bill directly (bill@onpathcounseling.com) . If you have scheduled recurring appointments, canceling an individual appointment will not affect your ongoing calendar. Please let Bill know if you wish to cancel all future appointments.
Bill gives exceptions to this cancellation policy in the case of a serious or contagious illness or emergency.
Insurace Costs and Co-Pays
OnPath Headway or Grow Therapy for insurace and co-pays. You can use your insurance through one of these two online therapy companies. Please call bill at 763-308-3643 for more information.
