All of our counseling is done from a Biblical/Christian worldview.

Most communication difficulties result from emotional isolation. While we can teach communication skills, we also recognize that emotional wounds must be healed for the skills to be effective.

The four core issues nearly everyone faces is shame, insecurity, fear, and isolation. We work with individuals to help them learn about themselves and make lasting characterological changes as they draw closer to God and heal from past wounds.

We use Relational Life Therapy and sometimes Bowen Family Therory to help couples become more emotionally intimate. However, we always address first these dynamics that contraindicate couples/relationship therapy: affairs, aggressiveness (i.e., abuse, explosive anger), addictions, apathy, and psychiatric conditions. We do not ignore these dynamics when working with a couple.

The presence of a family business adds considerable stress to family relationships. Given that Bill English has 30+ years of experience owning and running businesses, he is uniquely qualified to address mental/emotional issues a family is facing who also work together in a family business.

We work with pastors and ministry leaders to help them assess their call, heal from past wounds and trauma, and evaluate their future RE full-time vocational ministry or elsewhere.

Bill conducts court-ordered anger assessments. He will provide your legal team and the courtan objective analysis of an individual’s propensities toward anger and potential for abuse.

Bill works with family businesses to assess leadership potential in employees and 2nd generation family members.

Bill works with pastors and business leaders who have experienced moral failure and need a path forward for restoration and revitalization.
